S'more French Toast

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 hershey chocolate bars

1 cup marshmallow fluff

 8 slices pocketed French bread

 5 eggs                                                             

1 cup ground graham crackers

2 Tablespoons butter

2 Tablespoons milk

Mini marshmallows

Chocolate syrup

PROCEDURES:

Preheat skillet or griddle medium/high heat. Preheat oven to Low Broil. Place mini marshmallows on a greased cookie sheet and toast tops of marshmallows; cool. Stuff French bread with 3 chocolate pieces and 2 Tablespoons per slice (makes 8). Beat eggs and milk until uniform. Dip French bread into egg mixture then into ground graham crackers and place on buttered skillet/griddle, cook for 4 minutes on each side or until graham cracker crust is toasted. Top with toasted marshmallows and chocolate syrup. Serve with bacon.
