While I don’t need an excuse to talk about the great shopping in Greenville, November’s Small Business Saturday is a great chance for us to feature just a few of our most unique and favorite shops. Curated collections of name-brand clothing, Greenville-only exclusives, sweet treats, wine shops, kitchen must-haves… I bet we have something for everyone.

Here are some (because there truly are too many to name!) shops within or near downtown Greenville’s Main Street shopping district with unparalleled shopping experiences.

1. Ayres Leather – This family-run business has been downtown for over 70 years! Featuring leather goods and gifts, plus repairs and complimentary engraving.
2. Christopher Park Gallery – Showcasing 80 local artists, folk art, jewelry, upcycled gifts, cards, and accessories, described as “Kind of different yet, oddly comforting.”
3. The Cook Station – This gourmet retail shop has specialty foods, fun gadgets, cookbooks, major appliances, cooking classes, and a café and wine bar.
4. LaRue Fine Chocolates – Voted #1 Best Chocolate Shop in America by USA Today, this European-style chocolatier offers truffles and bonbons, as well as a full bar with small plates.
5. Loulou Boutique – From everyday essentials to standout statement pieces, our curated collection features clothing, scarves, handbags, custom jewelry, and gifts—each chosen for its quality, charm, and individuality.
6. Mast General Store – A downtown emporium restored to its 1920s roots, featuring outdoor gear, traditional clothing, kitchenware, pottery, old-fashioned toys, and a candy selection boasting hundreds of hard-to-find sweet treats.
7. O.P. Taylor’s – For a little fun, you should visit this 3,000-square-foot toy store offering classic and modern toys and games.
8. R. Cappelli Hats – Designed for travel and multifunctionality, the hats here can be purchased off the shelf or designed just for you. Various styles let your personality shine.
9. Rocket Fizz – A whimsical soda and candy shop with insane soda flavors (pickle?), nostalgic candies, and international treats.
10. Vintage at Main – A carefully handpicked mix of vintage, antique, chinoiserie, boho, bamboo, and brass.

There is one more place I really couldn’t leave off: The Westside Market. A massive, beautifully decorated indoor collective where individual local makers, designers, and antique curators rent out stylized booths.

The market highlights fresh, locally grown produce, artisan goods, handmade crafts, and unique specialty items, all while supporting the entrepreneurs who make our community thrive.

Greenville State Farmers Market Small Vendor Saturday Join them every Saturday morning April-December to shop with our small vendors. Fresh produce, plants, a variety of handmade crafts, soaps, jewelry, and baked goods will be available.

Ice on Main  United Community Ice on Main is an open outdoor ice skating rink in the heart of downtown Greenville, South Carolina. This year, this winter tradition and favorite activity of many in the Upstate will open in November 2026. Located at Village Green near the Courtyard Marriott, you’ll truly be skating in a winter wonderland when you come to skate with us! The rink is open 7 days a week, excluding Christmas Day.
