Breakfast

At Pettigru Place, breakfast is more than just a cup of coffee and a muffin on your way out the door; it is a truly indulgent experience.  It is our intent to spoil you while you are our guest and what better way than with a decadent gourmet breakfast?  After all, breakfast is half of our name!  We do not do buffets or continental style.  It is always freshly prepared each morning and without question, it is always fabulous! 

Breakfast features our own juice blend, freshly ground J. Martinez coffee, and a wide selection of hot teas and rich hot cocoas.  Each morning starts with fresh fruit followed by either a sweet temptation such as Creme Brulee French Toast with Crispy Bacon or a savory dish such as mouth watering Poached Eggs with Basil Cream Sauce. Other favorites include Homemade Angelfood Cake French Toast with Fresh Local Peaches and Caramel, Baked Ham and Egg Cups with Fresh Asparagus, and Oven Baked Pancakes with Strawberry Banana Champagne Sauce.  We also offer homemade muffins, coffeecakes, fruit filled crepes, and sinfully delicious bread puddings.

We serve breakfast between 7:30 and 9:30 am on weekdays and between 8:00 and 10:00am on the weekends.  For our business travelers or those trying to catch an early flight, we offer a "breakfast to go" including fresh fruit, yogurt, granola bar, homemade muffin or bread, and bottled water.

In addition to breakfast, we also offer a complimentary glass of wine, cheese and crackers, and fresh fruit each afternoon between 4 and 7 pm.  Enjoy them in your room or in the garden before heading downtown to enjoy dinner and a show.

We are happy to accommodate any special dietary needs and can prepare something special with a little advanced notice.
