Downtown is home to the Peace Center for Performing Arts (0.7mi), the Bon Secours Wellness Arena (0.2mi), and six other theaters and performance venues.  Downtown also boasts minor league baseball at Fluor Field(1.2mi) and minor league hockey at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, several art and history museums, and free outdoor entertainment and festivals from the spring through the fall.  The inn is also a short drive from Furman (6mi), and Bob Jones Universities(2mi), as well as easy driving distance to Clemson University(28mi).
