 Pettigru Place Bed & Breakfast is located in the historic Pettigru District in the heart of Downtown Greenville. This neighborhood of shady tree lined streets is a perfect setting for the warm red brick Federal Style home built in the early 20th century. We look forward to greeting you at the large front door topped with a spider web glass arch and will whisk you to your room where you can begin to relax. Each room is uniquely decorated with its own "personality" and we strive to provide you with both convenience and charm. Begin your stay with a glass of wine and cheese board delivered on a tray to your room or a glass of sweet peach tea in the garden before heading downtown for dinner and a show. The squirrels and chipmunks will be dashing busily about providing lots of entertainment.  There are five uniquely decorated rooms and private baths, each with its own charm and lots of little touches designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From a bowl of chocolates on your bedside table to the laminated cable TV channel listing (with all 74 channels), we have tried to make sure you are pampered during your stay. A 1929 vintage GE refrigerator stocked with sodas, bottled water, and cream for your coffee, as well as a coffee and tea bar are located outside of the rooms for the convenience of our guests. And you must try a homemade chocolate chip oatmeal cookie made from our secret recipe from the cookie jar upstairs. Whether you are a long-time B&B guest or this is your first visit, we are eager to make your stay a memorable experience! |
